• Contact form: Name, email, company (optional), subject, and message. Used solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Cohort waitlist: Name, email, company (optional), and message (optional). Used solely to notify you about upcoming cohorts.
• Calendly: When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling information under their own privacy policy.

How I use your data

I use your data only to respond to your inquiry, deliver the service you requested, or notify you about relevant updates (like cohort openings). I do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties. I do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

Email

Form submissions trigger automated confirmation emails from hello@truck8ai.com via Hostinger SMTP. Your email address is not added to any mailing list unless you explicitly opt in.

Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies. The Calendly embed on the contact page may set cookies under Calendly's own policy. I do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated.
