About truck8.ai
I build with the tools I teach
I've been obsessed with computers for as long as I can remember. My father used to bring home the very first generations of home PC hardware, and I'd take them apart and put them back together like Lego. At eight years old, I gave my first presentation at school — about computer hardware and components. It ran over an hour. Most of the teachers had come in to listen.
I was one of the first people in the Netherlands on the commercial internet — first on dial-up, then one of the first cable connections in the country. I spent an unreasonable amount of time online, in digital environments, tinkering with what was possible. That curiosity never went away. It just evolved.
I spent 15+ years in leadership and transformation roles — running businesses, leading agile transformations across global teams, coaching organizations through complex change. Along the way I picked up a Master's in Management & Economics and a Bachelor's in Molecular Life Sciences — an unusual combination that gave me both the business instinct and the scientific rigor to separate signal from noise.
Then AI arrived, and everything clicked. That kid who gave hour-long presentations about hardware, who lived on the early internet, who spent a career helping organizations change — suddenly had a tool that brought all of it together. For the first time, I could go from idea to shipped product in days. The gap between imagination and execution collapsed. It felt like everything I'd been building toward.
That's what truck8.ai is. I build products with AI, and I help others do the same — not with theory, but by doing it alongside them. Every tool I recommend is one I use. Every system I set up is one I've built myself first.
Based in Oudenbosch, Netherlands. Working with companies across Europe.

Philosophy
“AI should amplify human capability, not replace it. The future belongs to people who know how to work with AI — not against it.”
Work is judgment plus effort. AI collapses the effort layer, leaving the uniquely human part — judgment, creativity, leadership — as the real differentiator. My job is to help you and your team level up that judgment.
What it's like to work with me
Honest over polished
I'll tell you if something isn't the right fit. I'd rather lose a sale than waste your time.
Practical over theoretical
Everything I teach comes from doing. I build products with the same tools I recommend.
Long-term over transactional
I'm interested in relationships, not one-off engagements. My best clients become collaborators.
